 Jill
grew up in Newtown, CT and moved to Rochester, Vermont 20 years
ago. Her prior employment at a magazine distribution company provided
her with valuable accounting skills that she brought with her when
she started at Cushman Lumber Company in July of 2000.
Jill resides in Bethel with her partner
Dave and her youngest son Devon. She also has a daughter Erica and a son Dean. Her hobbies include gardening, reading,
and she loves to cook. |

 Jessie grew up in Braintree, VT. She
graduated from Champlain College in 1987 with an Associates Degree
in Business Management. She joined Cushman Lumber in July 1995 and
has worn many hats over the last 10 years.
She provides excellent, knowledgeable
customer service with a great sense of humor.
Jessie resides in her new home
in Braintree with her husband Steve and their children Hunter, Rielle and her stepson Dustin. Being a true animal lover,
she owns 2 horses, a dog and a cat. Of course her hobbies include
horseback riding, along with snowmobiling, but most of all she just
loves hanging out with her kids. |

 John is a graduate of the University
of Massachusetts, earned a B.S. in Forestry in 1971. A draftee in
the lottery, he served two years in the U.S. Army with the 82nd
Airborne Division, stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Early work experiences include
a brief glimpse of the paper industry at C.H. Dexter Company in
Windsor Locks, CT, and two years at the former Kelly Hardwood Co.
in Pittsfield, MA. It was here that John gained a working knowledge
of all aspects of lumber manufacture, from logging and forestry
operations through sawmill, planer, dry kiln and transportation
functions. In 1976 John joined Ed, Henry and their father and has
been with Cushman Lumber since then.
With his school administrator
wife Debbie, John resides in Windsor, Massachusetts.
They have two grown children: Daughter Rachel works in public relations
in Burlington, VT., son David is a staff accountant at a mid-size
accounting firm in Boston. As to gardening and golf: the garden
is looking great… the golf game needs a little work, but
both provide enlightenment and inspiration. |

Edwin Cushman -

Ed started Cushman Lumber Company along
with his father and brother in 1974. A 1970 graduate of Boston
University, Ed worked for Merrill Lynch in Boston from 1971 to
1974.
Ed lives in Killington, Vermont
with his wife Debbie and their sons Jared and Travis. His hobbies
include golf and gardening. |

Henry grew up in Winchester, MA. His experience
in the lumber business dates back to his teenage years when he
spent his summers working at Ivor Killy's Polar Mill in Bear Lake,
BC along with driving shotgun on a forklift at Friend Lumber in
Medford, MA. In 1973, he graduated from the University of Massachusetts
with a degree in Wood Technology. He then went on the road selling
lumber in the greater Boston area.
Henry lives on the side of
a hill in Killington, Vermont with his wife Susan,
their sons Steven and Jonathan, his stepson Christopher and the
basset hounds: Chloe and Remy. Henry's hobbies include gardening,
skating, and piano but in most of his "free" time you
can find him somewhere on the end of a fishing line. |

Steven is part of the fifth generation
of Cushman’s to work in the lumber industry in New England.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
from Hobart College in 2003. Upon graduation he went to work for
a startup software company as an inside sales representative and
joined Cushman Lumber in the summer of 2005.
Steve lives in Hanover, New
Hampshire and enjoys snowboarding and fishing. |

Tom has been our Eastern sales Manager
since 2001 and has been trading Eastern SPF since 1984. He received
his bachelor's in French with a minor in Economics from Framingham
State College, Framingham, Mass. Tom attended Eckerd College in
St. Petersburg, Florida, where he was recruited to play soccer. He traveled
to France and attended L'Universitie D'Angers, Angou, France and
L'Universitie de Caen in the Province of Normandy, France.
Tom and his wife Dianna live
in Wareham, Massachusetts where Tom manages our Eastern Sales
office. In his free time he enjoys basketball, karate, boating and is a part-time keyboard player in a 70's cover band. |

Patti grew up in Randolph, Vermont. She
attended Southern Vermont College where she received an Associates
degree in Law Enforcement, magna cum laude. She continued her
education at Rivier College and received her BS in Paralegal studies.
After moving to Royalton, VT in 1990, she accepted a position
with Cushman Lumber.
With 15 years of service, Patti manages our Accounts Receivable
department out of our office in Bridport, Vermont.
Patti resides in Bridport
with her daughter, Aidan and their three cats. Hobbies
include reading, walking, hiking, camping, bird and "critter"
watching, but most of all spending her free time with her family.

Dan grew up in Latham, NY. He attended
Lehigh University School of Business and was a member of the 1975
Lambert Cup Championship Football team. He joined the Cushman
team in 2003. With over 27 years of experience in outside and inside
sales in the wholesale lumber business, Dan manages our sales
office in Clifton Park, NY.
Dan resides in Clifton Park
with his wife Roberta and their three children: Cory, Brian
and Sarah. He is an active spectator at his children's
sporting events but also enjoys hunting, camping, canoeing, weightlifting
and motorcycling. |

Marilyn grew up in Pittsfield, Vermont.
Prior to joining the Cushman Lumber team in March 2003, she spent
many years working for a magazine distribution company where she
acquired her computer knowledge and customer service skills.
Marilyn resides in Barnard,
Vermont with her husband Tim and their golden retriever Molly.
She is surviving the "Empty
Nest" as her two children, Kayla and Kyle have
moved out on their own.
She enjoys gardening and her
favorite vacation spot is Hawaii. |

Ken grew up in Ashburnham, MA. He received
an associates degree in business
management in 1976 from Mount Wachusett Community College and
a bachelors degree in Business Administration from North Adams
State College in 1978. Ken joined Cushman Lumber in 1982 and his
responsibilities include the financial, management, planning and
forecasting side of the business. Ken's dad Paul worked over 40
years in the lumber and hardware business in central Massachusetts.
He resides in Randolph Center,
VT with his wife Jill, their son Matthew and daughter Sarah. Ken's hobbies include golf, ice hockey, baseball, camping
and trips to the Cape. |

Abby grew up in South Royalton, Vermont.
She attended Castleton State College and
graduated with an associates degree in business. She joined the
Cushman Lumber team in the summer of 2004 and brought valuable
customer service experience and computer knowledge with her.
Abby resides in her new log
home in Royalton with her husband Jed, her yellow lab Amber and
her two cats. She loves to spend her time outdoors, enjoys long
walks, and on a cold winter night you can find her curled up in
front of the wood stove with a good book. |

Carmen grew up in Waltham, Massachusetts.
He has many years of experience in the lumber business beginning
in 1971 with Shepard & Morse. He later joined Furman Lumber
and in 1977 moved to White River Jct., Vermont to work at Furman
Lumber's 1st stateside reload. In 1982 Carmen went to work for
PMI lumber Transfer and in 1998 was part of the start up of Charlestown
Transfer.
Carmen still resides in White
River Juction with his wife Janet and he loves spending time with
his "pride and joy" grandaughter Haley. In his spare
time he enjoys snowmobiling and going to auctions.

Dale grew up in Wells River, Vermont and
moved to White River Junction at age 18. He officially joined
Charlestown Transfer in 1998 but has handled lumber for Cushman
Lumber, via reloading centers, for the last 25 years. Along with
his many years of experience in the industry, he brings competence
and order to a yard that at any given time stocks several million
board feet of lumber.
Dale currently resides in
Sharon, Vermont with his wife Donna and his stepdaughter Katy.
His son Adam, a U.S. Marine, is stationed in Cherry Point, NC.
His stepson Eric serves in the U.S. Coast Guard and is stationed
in Norfolk, VA. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys
gardening, hunting and "tinkering" in his garage. |
